San Diego Daily Transcript April 30, 2001 Improvements Completed For GSA In Downtown San Diego Roel Construction Co. has completed tenant improvement construction for the General Services Administration in the First National Bank Building at 401 West A St. in downtown San Diego. The 8,429-square-foot project consisted of a reception area, conference rooms and private offices. The designer was Roxana Hill of Hurkes Design Associates. Charles Holmes was Roel's project manager, Bill Humes the superintendent and Diane Huston the coordinator. San Diego subcontractors on the $312,072-square-foot-project included Interior Specialties, T.P. Acoustics, Howard's Rug Co., Wageman Company, A.O. Reed, and Beck's Quality Services. Others were Bergelectric, KMP Plumbing, Western Fire Protection, Schmid Insulation Contractors, Equity Cabinet, Architectural Doors, Russell Glass and Golden Image Window Coverings. ### Return to Press Releases |
