San Diego Daily Transcript May 28, 2001 What's Roelin' Roel Construction has completed $139,865 in tenant improvements for Whitmont Legal Copying's new 3,500-square-foot San Diego operations office in the 110 Plaza building in downtown San Diego. Wendi Shannon of Jossy+Carrier Design Group was the interior designer. Dave McCarthy was group manager for the contractor, Gaurav Shah the engineer, Bill Humes the superintendent and Carmen Ramirez the coordinator. Mary Engen is a senior property manager for building manager Wilson Thorn Properties. Subcontractors included Equity Cabinets, Spooner's Building Products, La Mesa Glass, Don Ralston Drywall, The Kuske Company, Helm Corp., Encompass, Horizon Painting, Golden Image Windowcovering and R.L.
