San Diego Daily Transcript July 30, 2001 Tenant Improvements Completed On New Offices For Genuity Solutions Roel Construction Co. has completed tenant improvement construction for Genuity Solutions located at 4225 Executive Square. The 5,548-square-foot project provides new office space for Genuity (Nasdaq:GENU). The high-tech company is a network services provider for business. Cybele Thompson is the representative for PM Realty Group, the property management company. San Marcos-based Stead and Stead Design Group was the designer. Roel representatives include Dave McCarthy as project manager, Gaurav Shah as project engineer, Mike Fayad as superintendent, and Carmen Ramirez as project coordinator. San Diego-based subcontractors for this $250,000 project included Rick's Electric, North County Acoustics, and Howard's Rug Company.
