San Diego Daily Transcript November 24, 1999 ComGlobal Systems Interior TI Completed At Hazard Center Roel Construction has completed tenant improvements for ComGlobal Systems at 7676 Hazard Center Drive. The 5,123-square-foot project consisted of a complete build-out of the office, including private offices, system furniture work areas, conference room, kitchen and reception area. Toby Rogers of the Hurkes Design Group was the designer of the TI. Roel representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project manager, Gary Sershon as superintendent, Gaurav Shah as project engineer, and Carmen Ramirez as project coordinator. Subcontractors included Cass Plumbing, Best Interiors, Western Wall Systems Inc., Howard's Rug Co., Schmidt Fire Protection, National Air & Energy, Paul's Electric, Golden Image Windowcovering, Horizon Painting, Russell Glass, Casper Co., Equity Cabinets, Schmid Insulation, East County Tile and Brady Co./San Diego.
