San Diego Daily Transcript April 12, 1999 Comerica TI Completed Roel Construction Company has completed tenant improvement construction on 5,309 square feet of office space for Tosdal, Levine, Smith & Steiner in the Comerica Building at 600 B St. in downtown San Diego. The project consisted of relocation of workstations, a conference room and private offices. Charles Holmes was project manager for Roel, Kevin Sheilds was superintendent and Diane Huston was coordinator. Major subcontractors included Equity Cabinet Co., Brady Company/San Diego, North County Acoustics, Howard's Rug, Interior Specialties, Western Fire Protection, Russell Glass, KMP Plumbing and Rick's Electric.
