San Diego Metropolitan August 7, 2003 Daily Business Roel Construction has begun tenant improvement construction for Heritage Escrow, 2550 Fifth Ave. The $103,628, 3,600-square-foot project consists of remodeling private offices, conference rooms, and an open area. It is scheduled to be complete by September 2003. Alessio Investment Co. is the owner, represented by Dominic Alessio. Patti Rague of Rague & Associates is the architect. Roel Construction representatives include Donna Vargo as project executive, Chuck Holmes as project manager, Bill Humes as superintendent and Diane Huston as project coordinator. Subcontractors for this project include Casper Co., Equity Cabinets, Insulpro Projects, Inc., JSI Door, Russell Glass, DCR Construction, TP Acoustics, SCS Flooring Systems, Zephyr Painting, Western Fire Protection, KMP Plumbing, National Air, Dynalectric and Becks Quality Services. ### Return to Press Releases
